The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle—everything you need to feel at home. The living area also offers satellite TV and a safe. The real highlight is the large outdoor space: a private pine grove of about 300 sqm, fully fenced and lit, ideal for relaxing or letting children play safely. You’ll find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a lounge set, sun loungers, barbecue for your cookouts, outdoor shower with hot water, and private parking inside the property.
